Founded in 1985, Jiangsu Textile Industry (Group) Import & Export Co., Ltd. (Sutex) is a provincial level foreign trade enterprise with more than two decades experience in the fields of import and export.

　　Relying on its own capability of technical innovation, Sutex is striving to develop new growth points simultaneously with the consolidation of the traditional business. Up to now, it has initially set up two business pillars. One is foreign and domestic trade; the other is factories construction. The business spans nearly a thousand of products in ten categories including garments, fabrics, textile raw materials, etc. Sutex has set up a series of factories bases, such as Nanjing Sakura Crafts Co. ， Ltd., Jiang Yin Textile Machinery Container Co., Ltd., and Nanjing Tong Jin Garments Co., Ltd., Tontex Apparel （ Jiangsu）Co., Ltd., Nanjing Carnival Apparel Co. ， Ltd.

　　Sutex has always been attaching great importance to quality. It sticks to the principle of ‘serving customers with excellent service' throughout the whole process of the production. It has established good business relations with many famous overseas customers, such as Sears, Wal-mart, JC penney, K-mart, Target in U.S.A, Itochu in Japan . etc. Various products have been exported to over 70 countries and regions. A wide sales system with its distinctive feature and an excellent service network have been established.

　　Sutex is the first of the provincial enterprises in Jiangsu to take the reform. In the year of 2002, it has increased the capital and expan ded shares. The amount of the shares held by the staff will be changed dynamically. In the income distribution, a new wage system has been set up, in which work performance determines the position, and the position determines the wage.

In recent years, Sutex has set up an intranet and passed the evaluation of ISO9001 ： 2000. In the year of 2002, Sutex carried out CIS, which has comprehensively unified the management idea, principle and content management, and developed the complete and standard brand image.
